HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECIEVE MY PHOTOS BACK AFTER THE SHOOT?

All photography services are available as soon as next-day!

WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

All cancellation made less than 24 hour before an appointment will result in a $50.00 fee. Cancellation made once on-site will result in $100 fee and may be subject to additional travel charges. Please remember cancellation are different than reschedules!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD AND WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

We check the weather daily and reach out if we believe their to be a reason to reschedule. There is no charge for rescheduling services due to weather.

All of our services are single items at the best price! We offer the complete customization for each service request to ensure you only get what you need. No gimmicks, no hassle, no tricks.

HOW DO I RECIEVE MY PHOTOS & VIDEOS?

All content is provided to you within your customized portal. Here you can schedule services, review real-time availability of our team, review content, make payment, and track orders every step of the way!

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Most services includes 30 miles (round trip) included, at no additional charge. Every mile after that we charge the government per diem mileage cost which is $0.67/mile.

I'M HAVING ISSUES UPLOADING MY PHOTOS TO MLS!

First, make sure you are uploading the appropriate image file size for your specific MLS. We offer multiple download sizes to ensure all images are MLS compliant for ease of uploading. Still have questions, give us a call!

MY VIDEO WILL NOT UPLOAD TO MLS. HELP!

Video files cannot upload directly to MLS. Most Texas MLS sites require a video link or tour link, to share the video. We recommend uploading your provided video to your own YouTube channel and sharing that link to MLS. Still have questions, give us a call!

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

We do not charge our clients upfront for services that are not completed! However, when it is time, we accept many forms of payment. From credit, debt, online, or in person, we keep the process simple!
